Ashlie Adam had a distinctive style but limited reach. We put her in front of the right people on Google, and one of them changed how new clients found her, for good.
Ashlie shares her experience working with Design Story PR.
Ashlie didn't need more clicks. She needed the right people. Here's what Google Ads, plus showing up higher in regular Google searches, did for Ashlie Adam Interiors.
New inquiries keep arriving every month, not just once in a while.
Found through Google search, not just word-of-mouth.
Ashlie Adam is the owner and principal designer of Ashlie Adam Interiors. An ASID Allied Member with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, she has been designing interiors since 2016, work that marries function and comfort with uncompromising beauty. Her studio takes on turnkey projects, guiding clients from the first consultation through a full renovation.
The work was strong, but her reach wasn't yet matching it. She wanted a dependable way to attract more of the right clients: to turn a great body of work into a steady flow of the right kind of clients, instead of hoping the right projects would find her.
The goal was never raw traffic. It was connecting Ashlie with the people actually looking for what she does.
We ran a focused Google Ads campaign and made her easier to find in regular Google searches too, so that when the right clients went looking, Ashlie showed up. The emphasis was on fit over volume: reaching homeowners and industry partners who valued her distinctive style, not just anyone who happened to click.
That's exactly what happened here: a local contractor found Ashlie on Google and was impressed by her work before they'd ever spoken.
The work didn't change. The way the right clients found it did.
A local contractor found Ashlie on Google, then referred seven more clients.
While the campaign ran, Ashlie was also earning national press under the studio's earlier name, Ashlie Adam Interiors. The pairing mattered: a prospective client who clicked an ad and then looked her up found an expert quoted in the national press, not just another local listing. She has since rebranded the studio as Park Luxury Design, and that move is its own case study.
