Privacy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Design Story PR (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a public relations agency based in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit designstorypr.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We serve clients in the United States, and this policy is written for a U.S. audience.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, book a call, or complete a quiz on our site, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and any details you include in your message or responses. We use this to reply to you and, where relevant, to follow up about our services.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect standard technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site or ad that referred you, and how you interact with our pages. This helps us understand how the site is used and measure the performance of our advertising.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support our advertising. Some are set by us and some by third-party providers. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; note that blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Google Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics (including Google Signals) to understand site usage, and Google Ads to run advertising, measure conversions, and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site (a practice known as remarketing). Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites across the web.

You can opt out of personalized advertising and manage your choices here:

For more on how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see Google’s Privacy & Terms.

Meta (Facebook) advertising

We also use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our advertising and to show relevant ads on Meta’s platforms to people who have visited our site (remarketing). The pixel uses cookies to record visits and actions on our site so we can reach a similar or returning audience. You can control the ads you see and your data preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide our services
  • To schedule and conduct consultations
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our website
  • To measure and improve our marketing and advertising
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services we use

We share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, only as needed to provide their services:

  • Google (Analytics and Ads) for measurement and advertising
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising and remarketing
  • Calendly for scheduling consultations
  • Brevo for sending email
  • Our website hosting provider

These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your information.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

  • Adjust or block cookies through your browser settings
  • Opt out of personalized advertising using the links above
  • Ask us to access or delete the personal information you have given us by contacting us below

California residents

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our site does not currently respond to them. You can still manage tracking using the opt-out options above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
